Opposition from biologocal father relative

Dear Sir/Madam
I am going for remarriage both of us are widowed.She have 7 year girl to whome both of us wanted to adopt legally. However the history says that her past husbands family dont have oppose on her marriage.however they are not agree for changing her name. What is the consequenses if her past mother in law had an objection. However the girl and her mother are ready to accept me as her father.pls guide me ASAP
Hello for changing name of any woman or keeping her any name before or after marriage or her name which belong to her parents can be continued , there is no necessity to take permission of any person to continue with whatever name she wants to continue as her identity, you can marry her and give your name also

In india, It is illegal to marry unless divorce decree is granted by court. You may go to jail, if mother-in-law or anyone else complains against you to Police.
Make sure that your future wife has obtained a divorce decree from Court. Once divorce is obtained from Court, you need not worry about taking consent of wife's erstwhile in-laws.
