Opinion regarding divorce for a hindu lady

The husband of my friend has phone recordings of her with her boyfriend but they had no sexual relations.Her husband kept her phone and sent messages to that guy on her behalf.Moreover,he has the recording where she has accepted that she has relation with him. Now he want divorce but his wife don't want to give.Moreover they have refused to give streedhan too. Now what will happen? Will the court order to get divorce and will she get streedhan or not?
