I want to know my case status. Divorce case in mysore court. MC 436/2018.
Dear Sir,
In Bengaluru City the family Courts are not provided with online facility as such the litigants could not get online status of divorce and other cases. It is high time for any of the litigant or a social worker to approach Hon’ble High Court of Karnataka and impress upon the Hon’ble Chief Justice to extend online facility to family Courts also.

As on today family Courts in Bengaluru are not online. You take the service of any junior advocate or your friend get status of your case by visiting the Family Court. It is better to highlight this before the High Court so that they may venture a scheme to provide online facility to Family Courts.
