See Muslim men or women for that matter have an option of repudiating their marriage if it has been solemnised without their consent. Under what circumstances you got married and was your consent voluntary or not that has to be ascertained after assessing the facts and circumstances of your case. Kindly contact for the same.

If the behaviour of your wife is intolerable towards you there’s no scope for any conciliation then you should be the first one to file for divorce because if she files alimony & maintenance case against you then you will be in trouble. For more legal assistance I am just a call away.

You can file for divorce before the court and satisfy it that the marriage was forceful and against your will and consent. You can get a summon sent to your wife from the court. For any further legal assistance please feel free to contact

Thanks
