on first night,my wife did not allow me to sleep together and warn me to call the police, if i touch her. she is staying with her family from day 1,she taken away all jewellery and money.now she is threatening me for false case allegation.

You can file a case for (Restitution of Conjugal Rights) under S. 9 of the Hindu Marriage Act.
The court in this case will ensure that she comes and stay with you in your married life. It is sad but true that the Indian Judiciary is inclined towards the welfare of women more than men, having said that I suggest you be the first one to make a move and ask your wife to come and stay with you in your married life by filing a case under S.9. of the above-mentioned Act. This will resolve your problem as the court will direct the wife to go and stay with you if there is not sufficient grounds of her not staying with you.
Also the court's intention is always ensure that the marriage are saved.
