Obtaining certified copy and filing for transfer

Hi.. My husband has filed for RCR in the month of Feb 2021 and next hearing is on 3rd June 2021. Till date I've not appeared as I've not got any notice. Now that I know the OS number, can I apply for certified copy of OS ? What's the procedure to obtain OS copy from court ? Can I get it online by paying fee ? Can I apply for the copy before 3rd July or I need to apply on same date ? Do I need to obtain copy through advocate or I can appear personally and obtain ? How much it costs to obtain the copy ? Please advice.

For getting certified copies of O S you need to file thourg advocate only that's very difficult for you if you given all case details means we can file applications and after one week we can get certified copies

you appoint a lawyer and get the certified copies. you cannot apply online it has to be done by lawyer. cost varies based on lawyers you appoint depends on how many copies you require. you can apply copy at anytime before the date or after filing vakalat through any advocate

first it does not cost much more than copying charges to apply and obtain certified copies that you may have to make more than 3 visits to the court to get it.. The problem here is, without a valid pass parties are not being allowed to go inside Court campus since last 3 months. as of now there is no facility for parties to apply online in many Courts, therefore it is better that you get the copies through an advocate for which you have to sign a vakalat.
