Obtaining a true certified copy of divorce decreee

08-Mar-2023 (In Divorce Law)
I had a mutual consent divorce in 2005. Now I need a true certified copy of the document. I contacted a Court clerk at Barasat court after a search was conducted. The reported document (case no MAT 36/2005) has been located. The clerk is refusing to get the xerox or typed copy now. What should I do next?
