NRI Mutual Consent Divorce between Australian Citizen & Indian citizen

Marriage in Bengaluru, India Jan 2019. Australian Citizen Boy and Indian citizen girl
Both incompatible & both wanting quick divorce by mutual consent.
No children,property or money involved. Both wanting to move on in life
Option1: Mutual Consent Divorce - Australia: Takes 1yr separation & 3 months for divorce All online. Both parties to submit signed affidavit to court ( uploaded via court portal ).
Is this divorce valid in India? Can the boy remarry in India?
Option 2: Divorce in India. To be filed by Indian citizen girl as the boy cannot be present. The girl to engage lawyer to file the divorce papers in Bengaluru & send, forms to the boy, to sign.
Will the boy need to appear in person or can the papers be signed & sent via courier? or appear for hearing via video call ? Is there a way to fast track the process for both parties to move on with their lives? The boy does not have any blood relatives in India so Power of Attorney is not possible.

went through all the details but two essential details are missing. They are : the religion of parties , and the mode of a marriage .Whether the marriage was conducted as per Hindu Custom or whether under Special Marriages Act ?
