Nri. Issue divorce not mutual advise

I live in India and my husband is pr holder of canada
And he wants to divorce me but I don’t want
And we have a 7 month old baby
What can i do ?
What rights i have against him ?
you can file the maintenance petition against your husband for yourself and on behalf of your baby. The one-sided divorce taken by your husband won't be recognised in India if the same is taken without hearing you or on the grounds other than available in indian divorce law.
