NRI husband married and not denies

In 2015, I was approached on shaadi.com by my husband who came down to India married me as a ritual at home with 30 people and with a Christian Ordained Priest, later i realised he was not divorced as his case was pending befoere court as he said he was divorced in Dubai but got his divorce in 2017 but 2015 till now he lives with me in Dubai together with lot of domestic violence at home and extra marital affairs he has.Now he has been claiming every where that he never married me and that just am engagement where he tied thali with wedding ring. We have over 200 photos of the wedding and since the. Had marital dispute counselling at the Indian Consulate as his behaviour was bad.How do I deal as he has another lady now he slept with in a lodge in Bangalore and I caught him with the help of Police. He is not run away from home in Dubai .I need help to know what my rights are and what cases can I file against him.I have all proper evidences to prove what iam saying.Please help me
