Marriage -10 November 2019 Left India with Wife -22 November 2019 Reason of Fight - Unecessary Quarell and Opinions conflict Wife in Canada Left to brother house in Canada on 26 June 2020. Father in law in India launched complaint on 27 November 2020. Wife landed in India on 27 March 2021. 498a and DV. Status of mine - Permanent Residence In laws saying 23.5 lac cash given. LOC issued in India. Attended CrPC 41. Fir only against me KINDLY Advise what to proceed

hello client as i can see ur issues are seems to be tht you have been allegated falsely justo make you alligated nothing else. in this matter as you are saying tht the only issue is tht fir has been registered omly agaiant you then in this matter we need ti immdiatly move to high court fir your protection and action to save you. instead of geeting complex we nèed to get it diluted.
