Now DV case going on n as her parents ego price is very high I need ad

I have schizophrenia disability 70% udid certificate n card is thre...On my 1st date in cort judge sahb was on leave this is DV case off course it is fake as we leave separate from last 3 yrs n marriage was lasted in 6 months..when she gone 4 pregnancy n never comes back.. and I want to ask if things don't go better in next 3 months..can use my articles too like. Rpwd act 2016 ..Section 92a..hma section 13..also section 3 n 6 ..any more by ur side?..can thse counter cases help me in low alimony

The source of income of your wife is something which is looked into by the Courts while granting maintenance to the wife. So if your wife earns and has a source of living then that is something you can rely on. Also, the points as you suggested can also be an aid to your case. If you want to get out of the marriage you will first need to file for divorce by giving a legal notice, if the domestic violence case is being heard and no orders are issued, you can plan your next steps in a few hearing, if you want to go for quashing, settlement or final order, there are many civil cases also you can file if you are ready to file till the end.
