Notice Under Section 13(1) Of The Protection Of Women From DOM Act

Sir, From my wife I got a notice for appearance under section 13(1) of the subject mentioned act from judicial magistrate district court.I had ignored the first notice got a month before,now I got the second one,both the notice was received by mother as iam not staying in that address and she also added my mothers name in the notice.what shall I do now ,I don't want to appear in person , want to ignore this also and wait for the response for the next notice.can court take any action against me for this second notice if iam not appear in person or they send the third notice or any other mode of action.what should we do now ,kindly suggest some legal opinion

Hello sir first of all if any case foisted against you means if you trying avoid now then th matter will become serious in one stage instead of your defend the case right royal means you can put points in legal manner and will the case

Any how you received the summons from the court. So you have to attend the hearing. If you are not attending they treat you as ex parte. And the court will pass order without your side representation. You can engage a n advocate and handover the case. He will look after. If you need contact me.

The proper course is to enter your appearance through a lawyer.

























































































































Don't ignore court notice as you will have to face it's consequences.
