You have not given the background story here. appears you left him for some reason which you consider as justified. now you have to decide whether to go back to him or refuse to go back to him, and should reply accordingly.

Dear Madam, Immediately, send reply lawyer notice to his lawyer and your husband denying all such allegations and mention the realities in your reply notice. The Reply Notice may be sent by you but it will be more stronger if sent through your Advocate. In the meanwhile you may file multiple cases against your husband and his family members to bring them under your control.
