Notice to come and live with me

Hi, am 37 years old, 2011 I got married, I have 5 years girl baby, my wife left me 5 years back because of my bad financial situations, from 5 years she is living separately, 2-3 times in a year we used to meet and again separated with fights, I need my daughter and my wife, but she is not ready to come, the only reason is she giving is my bad financial situations, what shall I do, pls suggest me

File a case before the court for restitution of conjugal rights or you can issue notice through advocate and for child custody you can file even case for it asking for the visitation rights, proceed early otherwise you may end up in other legal tussles

I understand your questions so your wife and Daughter living saparate from past 5years so now you want your wife and Daughter .your wife saparatly living reason to your side financial issue right .so you will file a RCR case from court and send legal notice to her and it is the best way to get your wife and daughter so do you need any further legal help contact me thank you
