Notice send by husband for coming back to home by an advocate

My husband send a notice by an advocate for coming back home with all false allegations that I m selfish and arrogant.and left house in his absence with all jewelry and valuable things which is wrong. Now what should I do?..... He has physically hit me and emotionally hurt me even told me to eat potassium cynide and always shows ways how to commit suicide .

Dear Questionnaire Under the aforesaid circumstances you have to appear before the court and to contest the case or to file your reply. Apart from this law has given opportunity to reply other under the umbrella of law. feel free to call.
