Notice In Divorce By Mutual Consent?

Is it necessary to sent notice to other spouse if I want to take divorce by mutual consent??????????

No not at all. It is not necessary to issue legal notice to opposite party for divorce if divorce will took place as per on mutual terms and conditions. If you want to file contested matter on cruelty then you can issue him legal notice but that one is also not mandatory.

Dear client under Mutual Consent divorce no notice required to be send by the parties. parties should be living separately as per the law. Further mutual consent divorce does not take long time. you may call me for further advice/consultation.

if the spouse has agreed to file for mutual consent divorce then you dont havd to send the notice. but, if the spouse has not agreed for mutual consent divorce then you can send legal notice. after this you can proceed with the filig of the petition
