Not sure if go for Divorce case or section 9 appeal......

Hi, Me and my wife are not staying together and have few issues and I would like to have a divorce but not sure as I also have a 8 year old son and don't want him to go through all this. Kindly advice as she don't want to stay with us and also want her parents to stay along with her.

You seem to be in a difficult situation. At present you are not in a position to decide what to do. It's better to discuss your case with an advocate and take an informed decision which may be better for your child also. You may meet us in person for a detailed discussion. Brij Mohan (Adv.)

Hi Sir given your current situation, going for a mutual divorce is the best bet. addressing the issue of the child's custody, you can agree on joint custody, or a sole custody with visitation rights. Mutual divorce are a smooth way to seperate.
