Hi. file contempt of court before the same court where the order has been passed. Simultaneously you should produce the certified copy of order to the court where she has to comply her undertaking. This is delay tactic. You can recall NBW by producing this order of high court.

1. you have to submit the orders passed by the high court and submit before the court. 2. you have to furnish the High court order copy and convince the lower court. 3. you have to approach the lower court and cancel the nbw orders.
