Not interested in divorce which my husband wants, I want him back home

My husband left me since a year now, I stay in my marital house waiting for him, he wants a mutual divorce because he doesn't have any ground for divorce and not ready to talk for solution. What can I do other than going legally in India? According to Hindu act
okay I understod your issue when you are marriaed date is important for he want to divorce with in one year it is difficult to file a case so your opinion doyou want your husband you have to file Restitution of conjugal rights section 9 of hindu marriage Act you will file so you don't want to your husband you will take alemony from him what you have born the expaincess at the time of marriage and dowry also you will get return back and you have to decide it thank you
