Not completed 1 year of marriage can I file for divorce

Hello sir, Good afternoon. i got married before 6 month only. After marriage my mother in law, sister in law and in last husband also torchered me day by day. After marriage within 2 month we separated because he torchered me and he said to go your mom's home. Can you suggest me in this case wt i can do? i don't want to create an issue and he also ready to give me mutual divorce. I am working girl and i don't have time to run in court for case n all. please suggest me what is the procedure? Advance Thanks & Regards,

You can proceed before the court for divorce but before that you have to take permission of the court for taking out such petition as your petition will be within one year of marriage.
You can also initiate process under domestic violence act against your in laws and husband
