Q: How can i get a nominee certificate made.

my mom and dad both passed away i am the only child .....nomination form my name is written...my question is 1 my tenant is staying in that flat that and that rental agreement got finished on 1 st october 2016 my moms name that agreement was made ....now i have given nomination form where my name is written that i am the only child and share certificate i have given to society 2- meanwile i am making the fresh agreement by my name with the tenant so is it a crime just asking 3- my UNCLE is saying you make a nominee ....so is it a problem he can take my flat and if i make my cousin sis she is minor is it a problem ..when i get married i can change the nominee is it fine 4- whiich documents i should not sign that no one can take my property . I SHOULD BE CAREFULL 5 is it fine if i register the rental agreement now WHAT WILL HAPPEN IF I MAKE RENTAL AGREEMENT NOW I AM THE ONLY NOMINE FLAT IS NOT TRANSFERED MY NAM

The basic answer to above is that, lets get the nomination certificate. Later on you should have mutation of all property in revenue records. you make fresh rental agreement with tenant. you can change the nominee at any time but for safety profile, as single child you should not make any relative as nominee. you need to take care that do not execute the power of attorney or transfer the any property to any one, for safe grading your properties. while doing all this, get it done by advocate for better future safety..

Q: What is the procedure for divorce.

My husband's behaviour has suddenly changed after 11 months of marriage and he don't want to continue this relationship with me anymore.so i need an opinion or a advice,what should i do ?

Hello Mam, are you willing to end the relationship and want divorce too. if yes then we need to file divorce petition and mutual we can get the divorce fast as well as with all our terms and condition.

Q: Not completed 1 year of marriage can I file for divorce

Hello sir, Good afternoon. i got married before 6 month only. After marriage my mother in law, sister in law and in last husband also torchered me day by day. After marriage within 2 month we separated because he torchered me and he said to go your mom's home. Can you suggest me in this case wt i can do? i don't want to create an issue and he also ready to give me mutual divorce. I am working girl and i don't have time to run in court for case n all. please suggest me what is the procedure? Advance Thanks & Regards,

Hello Dear, as you both just stay together for only 2 month and if party is ready to give mutual divorce, then this is best option we have, but at same time we need to take care our our terms and condition.
