First of all it is for you to decide whether to continue with this marital relationship or end it. If you want to continue with the relationship then you can seek help from elders to settle the issues between you and your wife. If you do not want to continue then you can file a petition for divorce after 6th February 2023.

what is the actual reasons for non willing ness of marital life with you ?
where is her home town?
you can file a restitution of conjugal rights petition and ask the court to direct her to live with you.
file a visitation right petition before the jurisdictional court to see your child and later try to get the custody of the child..

set up a mediation presided by your senior family members and have a amicable talk to compromise and sought out the issues
