Not Allowing Kids to meet and talk

27-Apr-2023 (In Divorce Law)
Hi,n We are mutually divorced and per that one kid was supposed to be in custody and another with my ex-wife. I voluntarily agreed to pay fees of both the kids ( 11 and 14 years - Girls) even though my ex is earning professional. All went good for 2 years and suddenly on Jan 24th, 2022, my ex and his brother came to my house and forcibly took my kid who was in my custody and not sending her back. My kid missed her school and exams. Ex is not allowing me to talk to my kid and also with elder one since more than 6 month now. As per her, kids dont want to talk to me or see. She has manipulated and poisoned the minds of my kids and turned them against me. Now she is trying to get TC of my child for another school and forcing me to pay the fees of both the kids. I have stopped the issue of TC at School with a requisition. She is using my kids against me, not allowing to meet or to have cordial relationship with them but still wants me to pay their fees. Please suggest what to do in this.

It is better you file a petition in court by mentioning that she has forcibly taken the custody of the child and has also violated the court order and also ask for custody of other child by filing an application under section 26 of Hindu marriage act or by filing petition under guardian and wards act. further you can get order of visiting your child and meeting him and also file application to hand over the custody of child to you.

Dear Sir, Immediately you may approach Police and file a kidnapping case as your child is kidnapped by your ex-wife and her brother. Secondly, you may again approach Family Court and get custody of your child legally and also file contempt case against your ex-wife.
