Non bailable warrant on a closed case under section 498a and 3/4

06-Oct-2023 (In Divorce Law)
There was a case lodged 20 years ago by my uncle's wife against my parents and other family members. The case was completely closed in 2014 and the divorce was granted. There was no issue until one day police showed up with non bailable warrant, we did not receive any notification. The wife in question is no more (died last year) and the case has already closed. What should we do, we live in Lucknow but the case is in Moradabad jurisdiction. Please advice, my parents are old and they seriously have nothing to do with the case or the charges.
