Domestic Violence (DV) Case: You can contest a DV case by highlighting contradictions in her allegations and providing evidence of a peaceful relationship or her leaving without a valid reason. Baseless DV complaints can sometimes be quashed by the High Court under Section 482 CrPC.

Your matter involves multiple cases including DV, maintenance, property suit and recovery proceedings, and they need to be handled with a clear and coordinated legal strategy. Simply alleging adultery or reacting emotionally will not succeed unless it is supported by legally admissible evidence. The correct approach is to carefully examine all pleadings and orders, identify contradictions in her statements, place strong documentary proof on record, and take timely steps to challenge adverse orders. With proper planning and structured defence, it is possible to reduce financial pressure and strengthen your position before the court.
