28-Nov-2023 (In Divorce Law)
Can incompatiblilty an option to file for divorce in local court in india? I don't want to get in process of finger pointing , looking for peaceful solution. But my husband and me have come to a point of silence from many months n we are not able to talk to each other at all. There is no communication that he is interested in. i am tired of putting one sided effort. I hv been married for almost an year now.

If you are not comfortable with your husband and wants divorce then there are two types…one is mutual which gets over in 6 months and other one takes 1-2 years depending upon if there is any scope of settlement. If your marriage took place a year ago then you can successfully file for divorce.
