If u want financial security then file a maintenance case under section 125 CRPC seeking the necessary expenses for yourself and child (if any ). You will first get interim amount within 60 days then after that the final order on maintenance will be passed. You can also file a domestic violence case and get maintenance ,compensation and other interim orders . Contact me

You can either demand monthly maintenance or one time settlement money for taking care of yourself and you child, if any, from your husband for giving him divorce. You can contact me for further guidance in the matter.

You can file application for maintenance under Section 125 CrPC at the Family Court. The court will order the husband to pay somewhere around 25percent of his salary as a maintenance to you if you are not capable to earn and maintain yourself.
