at first complete local Police station, Proper FIR for 498A agenst there, for what Torturing, and what kind of torture , After informing the police, Do you want to file divorce? then you should leave the house and go somewhere else

it is very easy to get free first you need to trap them so that they come to you to compromise otherwise you won't be able to settle the divorce until and unless extreme pressure is created, detailed discussion is necessary

you need to first lodge a complain then file a case before the court of law and seek for protection order and then oust your husband and son from the house moreso you will get paid on monthly basis from husband too
