Need understanding on how to proceed with my situation -10 yrs since M
19-Nov-2023 (In Divorce Law)
I planned to live with my parents and my wife is not interested. She left my house along kids (boys- 9yr, 4yr) to her parents house with my knowledge(when I was in office). She is not willing to come back or stay with me anymore. She stopped sending kids to school as well. I am not allowed to visit my kids. Can some please suggest me in how to proceed with this situation.
yes sure you can file a case in family court for custody of children and if you want can file for divorce case against her if you want you can file RCR case to come back and join your society so many things you can do as per law.

hi if she is not allowing to visit your child then you could file custody petition and for vistation rights in court stating that you had been denied visitation rights and your rights are being affected
