Need trustworthy layers in Chennai

Hi, My wife initiated divorce based on the grounds of cruelty. Now need good family lawyer to contest for reunion. Have one year old daughter. Note: Still in the search of Good and ethical lawyer for this matter. I saw few people and all they ask is who is opposite lawyer or they are saying divorce my wife as this is tiring process or they are not telling estimated charge (approx) transparently. So need genuine lawyer from Chennai who can support me in this. Thanks.

Your Seychelles marriage is legal in India. The Apostille makes it official, and any second marriage without a divorce would be illegal (bigamy). No further local registration is mandatory, but keeping the Indian Embassy informed is best practice.

Divorce case by itself is a complex process on it is not simply open and shut matter. I would highly recommend you to meet your preferred Lawyer face-to-face, either residential office or at his chambers and try to understand whether you both can be on good wavelength to understand the entire process of the case.
