Need to know the minimum expenses.

23-Nov-2023 (In Divorce Law)
I have been married for 3 years and been seperated for almost 2 and half years. We both belong to hindu religion. I wish to file mutual consent divorce but i fall under poor background and can’t bear hefty lawyer fees. My husband is though ready to give divorce but not ready to share the fees. I do not have any source of income yet. How and where should I approach the lawyer who can help with minimum expenses? Please help with the way to cut the out the extra expense and get divorce with nominal charges.

If the behaviour of your husband is intolerable towards you then you can always file for divorce against him. I would suggest you to go for the mutual divorce because it is less money consuming and ends up in maximum of six months. For more legal assistance I am just a call away.
