NEED TO FILE DIVORCE ON INSANITY FROM MY WIFE

Hi I was living with my 2 year old child and wife now has been separated for 5 months before that also have been lived separated for a year after family members conclusion we living again and got separated due to issues from her and her parents side frequently visiting my house while I'm out and talking all the non sense talks and creating gossips abt me with my relatives and acussing me having an affair and making roumars about my parents although they are living separate and they have filled harassment case in police station in 2 different police station trying to defame my parents name and threating to put my parents behind bar and agian she s asking for chance but as I know she mentally unstable acts weird on statement like she will accuse abt me in police station but outside she will be saying I'm good and my parents or also good

okay I understand your questions so now you are living g saparation and your wife also right she is harassment of you and your parent also she is totaly giving torture right so you have to file againest her what type of solution do you need I will help you through legaly so do you need any legal help contact me thank you

Dear Sir you collect medical records and certificates to prove that she mentally not stable. Then apply for divorce on that ground and further allege that you have been cheated by her parents as it was prevailing even before your marriage. Be aware that she may file counter cases but go to High Court and get STAY orders.
