Need to file a transfer petition of 498a

I have been struggling to file a TP for 498a for last 3 years but due to political pressure, lawyers I hired in Delhi, Amaravati, Mumbai, Kolkata have looted more than 16 lakhs for filing one single TP and got the petition dismissed in admission stage itself. I have submitted a petition with the President of India narrating the atrocities committed by the lawyers I hired. I need a genuine lawyer to help me get the case transferred and stop this atrocious day light robbery by fraudulent lawyers.

If the behaviour of your husband is intolerable towards you can anytime send a complaint regarding your grievances in writing to the police station according to your jurisdiction. And if you wish to go legal then you can also file a petition under section 12 DV or section 125 CrPC and claim maintenance for yourself. And if there's no scope of living together then rather stretching the relationship you should file for contested divorce under the ground of cruelty. I would suggest you to go with mutual divorce because it's cost effective and ends up in a maximum of six months.

transfer petition is the process to transfer the petition from one state to another state. the filing of the transfer petition is very simple. once you file the transfer petition within 10 days your case will be listed before the court . on first hearing you will get stay if any required & within 2 month your case will be transferd to your state
