need to discuss with lawyer on 3 cases against me by my wife

Hello AllI want to explain my current situation in short and crisp way as followsI got married in 2013. I have 1 kid (boy) of 7 years old.my wife is freelancer interior designer.My father purchased flat in pune in 2015 and he paid full amount. In purchase agreement he added mine and my wife name. So me and wife are owner of the flat.Me and wife went to USA in 2017 and my wife came back to India in January 2020 with Kid.I was under impression that she will come back to USA but she didn't. Meanwhile builder called me to take possession of flat. As i was in USA i asked my parents to take the possession.My wife came to know that my family members took possession letter from builder. nShe took copy of it from builder. nI came to india in Feb 2021. I had meeting with her to reconcile but it didn't workout. I gave flat to someone on rent. She went to to renter and started threatening him to release the flat and then she made 420 case against me. Police created FIR with charges
