Need to deter a "guest" from entering our premises post divorce

10-May-2024 (In Divorce Law)
I am entering into divorce with my husband due to various financial cheating reasons, i want to include a clause in my papers saying he won't - at any time - invite a particular "guest" to our current house without my specific consent. Please note that this guest is a VVIP- as it interferes directly with my business prospects. Kindly let me know if this is permissible by law.

Dear Sir, It is a private document that is Memorandum of Understanding between you and your spouse. If other party accept such clause then Court never raise objection since Court always place a neutral rule. Let the draft prepared and get consent of the other party and accordingly try for mutual divorce.
