You can communicate your husband. Ask if any problem or not. If still your husband not responding you can send your parents to their home. Still they not responding. Your inlaws cauntinues torture you you can approach family Court.

Dear queriest, as per your query you have mentioned about the fact that your husband is not taking care of your daughter and yourself and has also kept you alone and you have been last 1.5 years Paris in the ground services that he has reasonable ground have left you then we can claim for maintenance of or if the grounds are not enough for to prove that he has left the society of the matrimonial home then we need to proof for the same

You can file Case under Prevention of women from Domestic Violence Act.In that case you can claim for maintenance,house accommodation,etc further relief. For that you need to file D.V.case in nearest criminal court against your husband and in-laws.
