Need to apply for divorce aftr 1 month of mrriage

I got married by family pressure 1 month ago but i didnt wanted to marry cz i was personally engaged to my girl friend.but now i m not able to live with my wife at any cost..d my girl frnd is pregnent as well nd i want to marry my girl friend only..
In 1 month of marriage, i have no physical relation with my wife..
Is there any chance of getting divorce after 1 month of marriage..

hello client as you are willing yo get divorce just after ome month marraige only. as per law there can not divorce which is not allowed as per hindu marriage act 1956. but in your case other way is possible to ger your maarriage decleread as void by the court tht case you can get relief.

The procedure of divorce shall be the same regardless of the time. However, it can be significantly delayed if the divorce is not mutual. The divorce happens in 2 motions. There is a 6 months gap after the 1st motion. Although, an application to waive off the 6 months period is available as well based on the Courts Discretion.
