Need support for my divorce case

wife left my house and filed sec9 after one year we got separated and court counseling also got failed. At time of proof submission my wife didn't came but her brother came to the court and submitted the proofed document for contest. Is there any sign or indication to the judge?

okay I understand your questions so your wife living saparate from you nit she filed a section 9petition Restitutoon of canjugal rights case right so if you want your wife you can lead life with her if you don't want your wife her nature is arogent you can file a divirce case under cruality Desertion ground

at the time of submitting proof to the court your wife has to come. your wife's brother submitted proofed documents is considered by the court if court finds valid reason for accepting. it is a court procedure
