Need suggestion for Hindu marriage issue. Only 3 months passed of mar

Just 3 months passed of my marriage. My wife and her family never respected me and my family. Wife is physically unstable. She has minor asthma and hearing issue which she never told us before marriage she is very short tempered. She slapped me twice. Her family always trying to blame us only. She always wanted to go her home and right now she is still in her home

As per Hindu marriage act, you cannot file for a divorce within the first year of marriage. You can file for a judicial separation and once the first of marriage has passed then you can go ahead for divorce.

As per The Hindu Marriage Act you cannot initiate divorce proceeding for one year from the date of your marriage but in case of cruelty this can be done even otherwise you can file Domestic Violence complaint for the act done by your wife against your and you can also sue her and her family members for Cheating

You need to be wait till one year of the marriage only after you can file a case for divorce if u want to separate from her.. Or if the family of ur wife is threatening you than u can lodge an FIR against them.. Or you have also option for judicial separation... You can also go for sec 9 hma if u want to continue ur marriage... All are based on ur choice and circumstances
