We had love and arranged marriage in 2019 but due to some personal issues we decided for mutual Divorce we have both kids (6yrs kid) (5yrs kid) ……………………………………………………………….

yes you can take mutual divorce it will complete with in 3 months to 4 months of time since you have two kinds you can share monthly maintance or one time alumini for wife and two kinds as agreed upon.

In cases of mutual consent divorce under Section 13-B of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955, both spouses can jointly file a petition before the Family Court after confirming that they have been living separately for at least one year and have mutually agreed to dissolve the marriage. All terms regarding custody, visitation rights, child maintenance, and permanent alimony should be clearly mentioned in a written settlement to avoid future disputes. The Court will record statements from both parties in the first motion, and after a cooling period (usually six months, which may be waived depending on circumstances), the second motion is filed for final decree of divorce.
