Need lawyer to file Domestic Violence case

Iam a catholic living with my 16 yr old son in flat purchased by my husband on loan, he had made me sign as guarantor along with 2 other guarantors. We are having marital issues and he left last year August without informing about his whereabouts and is not contactable to us or the Bank and has not been paying the instalments. The bank has issued me 15 days notice to pay the balance loan due or vacate the flat on 9th Oct . I have been taking care of me & my son with a small job of 15000/- Salary. Now because of COVID only 50% salary. Before leaving he had told My son that after his board exams were over I and my son should shift temporily. But I do not trust him.
Please be kind enough to also let me know what could be the fees if I need to hire a Junior lawyer who can help me.

even if you want to file application provisions of Domestic Violence Act you need address so that you can issue notice of that address if he is not paying ribery stalwarts mis of loan that situation you can give application that you are only the guarantor and the person who has taken loan is your husband add left you without informing you his address sweat that situation you should move to the Civil Court for injunction order against the back.
