Sir, I am belong to sikh religion and I am in a position to get divorce with my wife any time because despite of every efforts I failed to solve our issues , egoistic disputes so that live life peacefully. Sir, if you are ready to give free advise just mail me the WORDING of mutual consent divorce that I can go through it to the pros and cons. Sir, I have taken VRS (No pesion) and not have earning at present as where my spouse is concerned she is in Govt.Job. So, once again , just for precautionary measures you are requested to provide me genuine mutual consent divorce wording. I will be really obliged to you. Thanks.

For mutual consent divorce both parties should be ready otherwse not possible divorce in 13b hma.its a minimum six month time period required and sepration is to be for one year.for further information you can call or mail at given number.

In mutual consent divorce u both have to engage a lawyer to file petition u/s 13B Hindu marriage Act and u will get divorce in six months. All other issue like alimony or children, u will have to decide yourself before filing divorce petiton. If u r residing in District Patiala and Mohali or Chandigarh, than u can contact me personally.
