Need info on 498a case filed by wife

My wife filed sec9 and I filed sec13 1ia 2years ago. Court counseling failed. No kids. Court counseling failed. Now She filed 498a case on me after 2 years. SI police about to file FIR including all my family members. Please provide information to avoid case on me. Is there request to file FIR only on my name not all my family members?
Dear Sir,
If FIR is filed then immediately approach high Court and get a stay order against such investigation and also it maybe quashed. In the meanwhile manage the police not to file FIR since you have already filed divorce case. If matter is serious then your advice to take anticipatory bail from sessions court so that police cannot arrest you.
