If there are specific allegations made by the complainant in her complaint against all the family members then the FIR shall be lodged against all the family members however after lodging of said FIR when the chargesheet is filed, at the stage of charge if you are able to prima facie establish no involvement of other family members then they shall stand discharged

Dear Sir, If the FIR against you and your family members has been filed then there exists no remedy as such to remove any names from the FIR, it will completely depend upon the Investigation. However, it is strongly recommended that you should first het bail from the Court before participating in the investigation.

If your divorce case is still pending go for the settlement so that you both can take mutual divorce. So that you can make her to withdraw all pending cases.. then only you can make her to not involve your family members in it. Or else file senior citizen complaint in court against her.

Yes, you can approach the hon’ble high court to quash the FIR. In the high court you should be able to convince that the allegations against you and your family members are false/blameless. In case, it becomes a case against you and your family in the trial court, you can apply for removal of names of your family members by proving that allegations against them cannot be maintained. For further guidance you can get in touch with me.
