I have filed DVC case and opposite party filed RCR. Now I am planning to go for mutual. Is it compulsory that I need to withdraw dvc before mutual divorce process or can I do once mutual divorce is granted. What if other party go back after withdrawal of case

You don’t have to withdraw the DVC before filing for mutual divorce (MCD). Both cases can run parallel. The safest approach is to mention in the MCD settlement terms that you will withdraw the DVC after the final divorce decree is granted. If you withdraw it first and the other party backs out, you lose all leverage and will have to start again. Also, make sure the RCR case is included in the settlement to be closed mutually. Proper drafting of the MCD petition is crucial to prevent future disputes. Contact me to ensure all legal safeguards are in place before signing any settlement.
