A wife has the legal right to stay in the matrimonial home under any circumstances i.e even after her spouse dies. If there’s a case of divorce, the woman may choose to live in her matrimonial home until there is a proper place for her to move in. she can legally stay in that home if she wants to.

hello client as i can see your issue is really veey serious in nature at present your wife is been kep as hostage in her parents house. as your ilaws are tottallyvteing to neglact you as wwll aa they can even try to go for second .arriage of your wife. if you are not taking proper legal action in the proper court of law so its mandatory to takw immidiate legal action yes you eligble for legal action against you in laws

So firstly I would like to know where is your wife in this scenario is she living with you or she has also neglected you because if she has neglected you then you can file a case against her and her family of desertion after marriage for further enquiries please contact
