Need help in getting legal custody of my daughter

My wife is suffering from mental illness since last > 8 years, and refusing to take any treatment. because of her eccentric behaviour me and my daughter who is 11 year old are suffering a lot. I would like to know what are my options so that she can not take my daughter with her without my consent? is legal custody/guardianship will help in that? I don't want a divorce as that might be lengthy and during that time my daughter has to stay with my wife

if you want to get your data you need to file gnw case in family court to Guardian and wards act then court will decide who want to keep court will check to the main Welfare of the child over will be a caretaker

It appears she is planning to go to her parents' house taking daughter along with her. In case you and your wife are to put up a fight for the custody of your daughter the court is likely to hear what the daughter says becase she is already 11 years of age.
