every time she tries to beat you directly call to the nearest police station and if you are ready to give her the rented house and you are not ready to leave with her so what you can do it you can move in with your father and let her leave alone and if you are father is not accepting you you are required to stay with the either one of you are a family members as you are handicamed as you mention you cannot see alone it is not advised for you to say hello so you have to keep your ego aside and either stay with your father or stay with your wife there are marriage complications in every other manages try to be as line on as possible but if you are not ready to leave your wife you can live with your father or you can rent your house. if you are leaving alone and if you are not capable of earning anything you can ask your wife to maintain you and file for maintenance and get the maintenance month on the monthly basis from your wife

You can file for divorce before family court on various grounds like cruelty. If you are ready to provide to your wife, court will grant separation or divorce. If we can have a quick call, I will be able to understand your case better and advise you accordingly.

sir contact the legal aid cell of your district court. as well as pre filing mediation centre of your district court if you are from pune then it is located in Red coloured Family Court Building. if they are not able to help then contact district legal authority which is located in new building session court in pune.

Well, you can seek a Judicial Separation Order from the Court! I can assist you in getting this Order if you say so within a prescribed timeline. This is different from Divorce under the concerned provisions of law.
