Need help as my husband is leaving me

We got married last year and my husband wants to leave me because his ex wife wants him back and he's making an excuse saying his daughters need him.

You need to first talk to him and try to ascertain the actual reason. thereafter you need to approach a lawyer for filing a suit for restitution in case he starts to live seperately.... In any event you need to have a cause of action to initiate any legal proceedings.

hi in this case you can proceed to send him notice for restitution as your marriage us in subsistence. he may meet or fight for custody of his daughters but he cannot disown you for his ex wife because of daughters

Hi it is not that easy for him to leave you and once if it is crossing the limits you can issue him a Legal notice and warn him about the dire consequences too for safer side you can speak with family elders members too
